For nonviolence to spread amongst the community, we need the help of volunteers!
Join the Akron Time Bank (or the Kent Community Time Bank), and earn hours for your volunteering! These hours you can then spend on other goods and services: www.akron.timebanks.org
There are many easy ways to get involved!
- E Team: send emails, post to facebook/social media, etc
- Garden: would like to help with the upkeep of the plants and crops in the garden
- Events: would like to help with our events. There are a range of opportunities: anything from set up/ tear down, manning a booth, assisting with presentations, and many more!
- Initiatives: help us spread the word by talking to people, participating in public demonstrations, campaigns – such as sidewalk chalking, etc.
